How to Make Something Glow in Photoshop?
By learning to make things glow with Photoshop Elements, you can direct viewer attention to a particular part of your images, such as text or hand-drawn graphics. A simple way of making graphics glow in Elements is to apply the inner glow and outer glow layer styles. Layer styles are characteristics that apply to all graphics on a layer. If you apply a style to a layer, every element on the layer will have that effect.
First of all. Make a new document with any size. In this case, I’ve mad this new page as you can see. Just we’re going to work in dark (black) document.
And. Bring here your vector logo in the black background like this, put to the center.
And also. Duplicate the logo and then make a new layer, go to Filter > Render > Clouds add on the new layer like shown below.
When you applied the Cloud effect on the layer, then make sure to change it’s blending mode to Color Dodge, and also you can increase and decrease the cloud.
And. Click on the duplicated logo layer, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur.
And. Click on the cloud layer and pick the galaxy star brushes, add on the cloud properly as you want. this depends on you that how much you want to make it better.
Finally. Add curves adjustment layer with this setting, adjust the colors to make a more glowing effect, then you can change the place of the curves, up/bottom.
