When done with the installation of vmware workstation player 15 you will need to restart your computer before proceeding.
Step 1: Create a New Virtual Machine
Step #1. Go ahead and open up VMware, then click on “Create a New Virtual Machine“.
Step #3. In Guest Operating System Installation windows, select “Installer disc image file (iso):” Click on the Browse button and go to where the Android 8.1 Oreo ISO file is located. Select it and press the “Open” button. click Next.
Step #6: In Ready to Create Virtual Machine Windows, unchecked “Power on this virtual machine after creation” and then select “Customize Hardware“.
Step #7: Click on the “Memory” menu and set the memory you would like to allocate to the VM. Choose over 1GB but do not exceed the maximum memory size that is recommended.
Step #8: Under Customize hardware, click “Processors” And from the number of processors core: click 2.

Step #1. Once you finish editing, it’s time to install android oreo 8.0 on VMware, click on “Power on this virtual machine” to begin the installation.
Step #2: Once you click on play virtual machine, a few seconds later a blue screen will appear. On this screen, select the “Advanced options“.
Step #3: Next click “Auto Installation” to install android 8.1 in VMware
Step #4: Install system directory as read-write, select Yes and hit enter.
Step #5: Select the Reboot option and then hit enter to restart android.
Step #6: Press “e” button to edit this command before booting.
